At Aden + Louise, we are committed to providing a positive, respectful, and safe experience for all our customers and community members. We expect the same courtesy and professionalism from anyone interacting with us.

This policy outlines our expectations for communication via email, social media, and other online platforms, as well as how we handle violations.


Email Policy

We expect customers to always communicate with us respectfully and professionally.

  • Respectful Communication
    We do not tolerate abusive, threatening, or harassing language in email correspondence.
  • Spam and Unsolicited Messages
    We do not accept spam or unsolicited promotional messages. Please use our email only for genuine questions, feedback, or support needs.
  • Privacy and Security
    We will never ask for sensitive information (such as passwords or payment details) via email. If you receive suspicious emails claiming to be from us, please report them to hello@adenandlouise.com.

Social Media Policy

We encourage open communication and feedback on our official social media pages, but we strictly prohibit:

  • Harassment and Abuse
    Hate speech, discrimination, threats, or abusive language directed at our company, employees, or other community members.
  • Respect Across All Platforms
    We expect respectful behavior not only on our pages but also on all public forums and third-party platforms. This includes personal accounts, review sites, competitor pages, and any online communities.
  • Denial of Service and Refunds
    We reserve the right to deny purchases, block access to our services, and refund and cancel any current or future orders at our sole discretion if we determine that a customer has acted in an abusive, harassing, or otherwise unprofessional manner toward us — whether on our platforms or elsewhere online.

Competitors and Third-Party Communications

We recognize that misleading or derogatory statements may sometimes be made by competitors or individuals online, through social media platforms, text and phone conversations.              

We take these matters seriously.

·       False Claims of Copy or Art Infringement
Claims suggesting that we have copied competitors, or that competitors have copied us, will be addressed appropriately. We encourage customers & partners to contact us directly for clarification instead of relying on unverified claims or sources.

·       Response to Infringement

  1. If a competitor is found copying or misusing any of our exclusive designs without written and agreed upon permission, our legal team will evaluate and pursue appropriate actions, including but not limited to:
  2. Sending cease-and-desist letters.
  3. Filing formal complaints with relevant e-commerce platforms.
  4. Initiating legal proceedings for damages and injunctive relief.
  5. Where possible, infringing products will be requested to be removed from the market.
  • Defamatory or Derogatory Remarks
    Making false or harmful statements about our company to our partners, vendors, or suppliers -including claims intended to damage our business relationships -is strictly prohibited. We will take appropriate action to protect our reputation and business interests.
