How Our Collection Drops Work

At Aden + Louise, we release our products through limited-edition collection drops — curated assortments of bags, charms, hats, and accessories that launch on a specific date and time.

Drop Schedule

• Each collection drop is announced 1–2 weeks in advance with the launch date and time.

• All drops take place exclusively on our website: adenandlouise.com

VIP Early Access

• Members of our VIP groups on Instagram and Facebook receive 10-minute early access to shop every drop.

• The launch-day password is shared within our VIP groups the morning of each drop.

• Our website is password-protected starting at 12:00 AM EST on launch day, and the password will unlock the site 10 minutes before the public release for VIPs.

Shipping & Processing

• Shipping and processing timelines vary by collection.

• All details are clearly listed in each product’s description at launch

You can also receive up to date information through our email and chat auto-replies. We will update the shipping times as needed.
